Web site (the “Site”) is controlled by the Holy Cross
International Justice Office (the “HCIJO”) and meant to
provide members of the four Holy Cross congregations (i.e.
Congregation of Holy Cross, Congregation of the Sisters of the
Holy Cross, Sisters of Holy Cross, and Marianites of Holy Cross)
and the public with convenient and efficient access to information
about the HCIJO and the issues it addresses . In order to provide
users with this information, the Site may contain links to other
Web or computer sites that are not owned, regularly reviewed or
controlled by the HCIJO. The HCIJO’s policy relevant to
providing external links is described below. By using the Site,
you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in
this Web Site Legal Policy. If you do not agree with these terms
and conditions, please exit the Site immediately.
Copyright
While
the HCIJO makes the information on the Site publicly available, we
retain all rights, including copyright, in all text, graphic
images and other content on the Site produced by the HCIJO (the
“Content”). You may print one copy of the information for your
own personal use. However, you may not otherwise copy, display,
distribute or modify the Content or “mirror” the Content on
your server without our express written permission. To request

The
HCIJO respects the privacy of your personal information.
Information collected from Web forms, such as the e-mail form, is
safeguarded, secure and not disclosed outside of the HCIJO. The
HCIJO analyzes server logs for statistical purposes only and does
not use this information to personally identify users.

subjects. www.holycrossjustice.org is a portal of information
about the HCIJO and the issues it addresses. We provide external

reviewed or endorsed by the HCIJO. Additionally, the HCIJO is not
